The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day ticket support, communication and resolution with our clients.

Requirements:
-Complete understanding of web presence, social media and e-commerce
-Ability to keep ahead of the discussion of issues and trends regarding web presence and the technology landscape as a whole
-Completely willing to train and follow a specific system to handle customer support
-Exceptional grammar and attention to detail
-Legitimately strong work ethic, willing and able to put in extra hours to achieve sales goals

-Expert smart phone skills
-Expert multi-tasking skills
-Must be a Mac user
